During my studies i developed an interest in the art of wig making and styling. I was taught the intricate steps into creating industry standard, realistic bespoke wigs.

I constructed two handmade, Tv & Film standard wigs and a moustache postiche during my time at university, i thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the construction and styling process. I was able to perfect my ventilating techniques, develop my knowledge in the maintenance of wigs and understand various types of wigs and postiche.

This experience lit a fire in me to pursue wig making as my long term career. I am so interested in anything wig related and so eager to see how i can develop and create a career in such a niche industry. 

There has been several occasions where i have been able to use my skills within a project and it always fills me with such a sense of achievement. Working as a WHAM assistant helped me fully experience how to maintain wigs in a theatre setting and the importance of keeping work to a professional, industry standard. 
I am beyond excited to see how my career can unfold and i cannot wait for all my future projects to begin!
